Dagon Fel
Places and Districts
Dagon Fel is the northernmost town in Vvardenfell, situated on the island of Sheogorad. It is one of the smallest towns in Vvardenfell, and is a place that rarely anyone bothers going to. The town only has a few citizens: several Nord fisherman and a few unlucky Imperial Guards that were assigned here. The most the average traveler passes by Dagon Fel is usually by boat, while trying to get to another city, or during a quest. The average traveler usually finds no reason to stay here either.
To be honest, Dagon Fel really doesn't have many interesting places. The only thing that might interest a traveler in Dagon Fel are the two Dwemer towers that are outside of the city. The southernmost is inhabited by a necromancer and a few of his followers and the northern one is home to an Orc. Besides that, there is a small inn that has a few traders. Sadly, even the traders don't have much money.

Heifnir - a trader in town.
Fryfnhild - another trader, at the inn.
Sorkvild the Raven - a male Nord battlemage that lives in his Dwemer Tower near Dagon Fel. He is a necromancer, and has the Masque of Clavicus Vile.
