EDIT 3/1: We currently are looking for somewhere exclusive to hold our files, as last time it did not work out so well. If you know of such a place besides the main TES sites, we'd greatly appreciate it!
Anyone can submit something to the site. Currently, downloads are not hosted anywhere, but eventually, (perhaps with donations) we'll gain some support, and get download capabilities.
