Oblivion Mods
TNR for Shivering Isles
If any of you have played Tamriel NPCs Revamped (TNR), you know the prowess Veritas_Secreto has done to make NPCs look far more like their race. With so many NPCs in Oblivion, it was hard for him to research and know about every one, so some looks may not have fit. With Shivering Isles, Secreto took notes on each and every NPC, and made each have a look of madness to fit their personality.
Imperial City Densified- Talos Plaza
For those looking for a mod that adds to the Imperial City, especially one you can build off of in your own modding experience, Imperial City Densified may be for you. It adds an upper layer to the Talos Plaza district, making the Imperial City a bit more like a city. There are no plans for quests however. But, see for yourself, and keep in mind these aren't his own textures.
Also, remember that this is a work-in-progress, nothing is finished here yet.
Morrowind Mods
Arkham Experience
A mod that takes much work from HP Lovecraft's Call of Ctuhulu books, Arkham Experience is a mod that gives you tons of things to do, and adds a lot as well, including 120 pieces of female attire, an occult university and a joinable Cult of Ctuhulu among many other things. It should be a wonderful, and darker experience than many.
Little Beach Island
This is a small little island off the coast of Khuul that is perfect for your own enjoyment and relaxation. If you just want to get away from fighting, here's where you can go, with a little shack, and a secret hideaway stash, as well as a small beach. Still a work-in-progress, the author says a release will come soon.
